These Terms and Conditions apply to the Travel Pursuit Weekly Bonanza Competition (the “Competition”) run by We Are Zacapa Ltd. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Promoter
The Competition is organised and administered by We Are Zacapa Ltd (“the Promoter”), a company registered in the United Kingdom with its principal office located at 8 Langford Close, Sutton Road, Walsall, West Midlands, WS1 2QT, United Kingdom. We Are Zacapa Ltd is registered in England and Wales with company registration number 11278191.

2. Eligibility

2.1. The Competition is open exclusively to individuals who are:
   – Based in the United Kingdom,
   – Currently employed as travel agents, and
   – Hold a valid ABTA (Association of British Travel Agents) membership number.

2.2. Employees of We Are Zacapa Ltd and their immediate family members, as well as any affiliates or agencies associated with the Competition, are not eligible to enter.

2.3. Draw Process: Each week, all eligible entries will be entered into a random draw from which one winner will be selected. If the selected winner does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, the prize will be withdrawn, and the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a new draw to select an alternative winner.

2.4. Prize Changes: Travel Pursuit reserves the right to change the prize without notice at any time, including substituting a sponsored prize in place of the weekly Amazon voucher.

3. Entry Requirements

3.1. Entries must be submitted by the stated deadline for each weekly draw.

3.2. Only one entry per person per week is allowed. Duplicate entries may be disqualified.

3.3. All entries must meet the conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions, and any entries failing to meet these criteria will be disqualified.

3.4. Right to Verify Entries: Travel Pursuit reserves the right to verify all entries to ensure compliance with these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter may request additional information, including proof of ABTA membership and employment status, to confirm eligibility.

4. Prizes

4.1. Weekly Prize: A £100 Amazon voucher will be awarded each week to one eligible winner, drawn at random from all valid entries.

4.2. Sponsored Prizes: On specific weeks, a sponsored prize may be substituted for the Amazon voucher. Details of any special promotional prize will be announced at the time of the Competition and are subject to these Terms and Conditions.

4.3. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and there are no cash alternatives available.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

5.1. Winners will be selected randomly from all valid entries submitted for each weekly draw.

5.2. The random draw will take place within 7 days following the closing of each weekly entry period.

5.3. Winners will be notified via the email address provided at entry. The Promoter will make up to three contact attempts within the 7-day claim period. If the winner does not respond or claim the prize within this period, the prize will be withdrawn, and the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a new draw to select an alternative winner.

5.4. Claim Period and Redraws: Winners must claim their prize within 7 days of the first notification. If a prize is not claimed within this time, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and conduct a new draw to select an alternative winner.

5.5. Travel Pursuit’s Right to Substitute Prizes: Travel Pursuit reserves the right to substitute the Amazon voucher with another prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

6. Special Conditions

6.1. Participants are responsible for ensuring their eligibility to enter, and the Promoter reserves the right to verify the ABTA membership number and employment status of any entrant.

6.2. The Promoter reserves the right to modify or terminate the Competition at any time if circumstances arise outside its control.

6.3. Any attempted interference with the fair running of the Competition, including fraudulent or false entries, will result in disqualification and may be referred to the appropriate authorities.

7. Liability

7.1. We Are Zacapa Ltd and its affiliates accept no responsibility for:
   – Entries lost, delayed, misdirected, or incomplete, or
   – Any failure or malfunction of any communication system.

7.2. By participating, entrants agree to release the Promoter from any liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with winning or using the prize.

8. Privacy

8.1. Any personal data provided by entrants will be processed in accordance with We Are Zacapa Ltd’s Privacy Policy and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

8.2. Personal data will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Competition, including contacting winners and arranging for prize fulfilment, and will not be shared with third parties.

9. Governing Law

9.1. These Terms and Conditions and the conduct of the Competition are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

9.2. By entering, participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales in any matters relating to the Competition or these Terms and Conditions.
