The operator reports significant momentum in sales across its homeworker accounts, with bookings increasing by 98.7% year-on-year and passenger numbers growing by 85% over the past three months.

The boost in sales from agents who operate independently from home has predominantly been driven by long-haul sales, with the Safari South Africa – Mabula tour shining as a best-seller across homeworker accounts.

This substantial uplift follows Ryan Readman’s move into the dedicated Homeworker role, with a focus on strengthening relationships with homeworker partners and providing tailored support to help agents grow their touring sales.

Newmarket Holidays has also launched its new Homeworkers Hub, giving agents access to personalised marketing materials, expert training resources and exclusive rewards to support homeworkers in selling with confidence.

Further initiatives are planned to support performance, including Homeworker Focus Month, featuring 10 events across the UK for around 200 homeworkers. The operator is also introducing a new loyalty programme, appreciation events for top sellers, and a dedicated Homeworker FAM Trip in 2027.

Ryan Readman, Trade Partnerships Manager at Newmarket Holidays, said: “Over the last three months, we’ve seen fantastic growth across our homeworker accounts, reflecting the strong partnerships we’ve built with home-based travel specialists. Our focus has always been on providing the right support, tools and resources to help agents grow their touring sales.

“The launch of our new Homeworkers Hub is another important step in making it easier for homeworkers to access the training, marketing support and inspiration they need. While they may work remotely, they’re never working alone.”

Hayley Morris, Head of Trade Sales and Partnerships at Newmarket Holidays, said: “We’ve seen fantastic momentum across our homeworker partners, with bookings almost doubling year on year. This growth reflects the strength of the relationships we’ve built and our commitment to giving homeworkers the support they need to succeed.

“We’re continuing to invest in the homeworker community through new tools, events and educational opportunities, ensuring our partners have everything they need to grow successful touring businesses.”
