AE Expeditions has launched Aurora Advisor Advantage, a new suite of benefits, tools and service enhancements designed to make it simpler and more rewarding for travel advisors to sell the operator’s voyages.

Developed in direct response to feedback gathered from the travel advisor community over the past year, Aurora Advisor Advantage brings together improvements across trade rates, sales resources and digital tools.

MORE VALUE FOR CLIENTS
From the 2026–27 Antarctic season, guests will enjoy premium beverages including premium spirits, cocktails, beer, wine and liqueurs, included in voyage fares across the fleet at no additional cost. The expanded inclusions will add further value to the onboard experience and provide advisors with another clear benefit to communicate to clients.
GREATER BOOKING FLEXIBILITY
AE Expeditions has introduced a no-charge flexible voyage transfer, allowing clients who are unable to travel after paying their deposit to move their booking to another AE Expeditions voyage departing within 36 months of their original departure date, without a transfer fee. *
BETTER REWARDS FOR TRAVEL ADVISORS
AE Expeditions will also introduce AE Insider Rates, giving eligible advisors, their friends and family the opportunity to experience an AE voyage when booking within 120 days of departure. Rates will be available from USD$300 per person, per day, subject to availability and applicable terms and conditions.
EASIER ACCESS TO SALES TOOLS
The enhanced Travel Advisor Hub provides a central location for the information and resources advisors need to sell AE Expeditions’ voyages.
Its new Dates & Rates Tool allows advisors to view live voyage pricing across every cabin category and check optional activity availability. Voyages can be searched by departure date, region, season, duration, ship and price, helping advisors compare options and respond to client enquiries more efficiently.
MORE ENHANCEMENTS TO COME
AE Expeditions is also developing a new online booking portal that will allow travel advisors to book expeditions online at a time that suits them. Further details and launch timing will be announced as development progresses.
