Virgin Voyages is putting the Caribbean centre stage throughout September with a month-long UK trade activation designed to help First Mates (travel agents) drive sales.

Under the banner ‘Caribbean by Virgin Voyages,’ the kid-free cruise line will engage with more than 3,000 First Mates through webinars, training sessions, events and store visits, supported by enhanced incentives and dedicated Caribbean activity.
The programme includes three virtual training sessions taking place on September 22, 23 and 24 at 10 am. The sessions will give First Mates further insight into the brand’s Caribbean product. To register, agents can visit the webinar section at FirstMates.com.
First Mates can also earn £10 – twice the usual £5 reward – on all bookings made during September and logged via First Mate Loot, the online agent incentive platform. Select Caribbean voyages of 10 nights or more will earn £50 per booking, 10 times the standard reward.

The month-long trade push coincides with Virgin Voyages’ latest consumer campaign, offering Sailors an instant saving of up to £750, plus 70% off the second Sailor.
Available on new bookings made from September 1 to November 2, 2026, the offer applies across all voyages on the brand’s four Lady Ships: Scarlet Lady, Resilient Lady, Valiant Lady and Brilliant Lady.
