InteleTravel will bring together 500 advisors, partners and industry leaders in Krakow, Poland, for its largest and most comprehensive annual conference. ITQ (InteleTravelQuest) 2026 will run under this year’s theme ‘Xcelerate Your Success’.

Taking place from 25th – 27th September, ITQ 2026 will deliver an intensive programme focused on empowering advisors to think like CEOs, strengthen their entrepreneurial mindset, improve sales performance, maximise social media engagement, understand the growing importance of accessible travel and continue delivering exceptional customer service.
Sponsored by headline partners Jet2holidays and Royal Caribbean, ITQ will feature more than 48 hours of educational content, a trade show with over 55 travel partners, supplier classrooms, an agent recognition awards ceremony and extensive networking opportunities designed to foster collaboration across the travel industry.
Key programme highlights include:
- Opening address highlighting the most successful year on record from Tricia Handley-Hughes, Managing Director, reflecting on the company’s growth, achievements and successes over the past 12 months
- A keynote address from James Ferrara, Co-Founder and CEO of InteleTravel, sharing his 10-year vision to shape the future of the business.
- Commercial Director, Kelly Cookes, evaluating the latest travel trends shaping the sector today.
- A dedicated social media panel, moderated by Andy Headington, CEO of Adido, will explore what really works in the digital landscape. - InteleTravel will also unveil its latest technology innovations during a special session led by Susan Petrillo, Chief Technology Officer at InteleTravel, and Mike Putnam, Executive Director of InteleTravel. The new technology is designed to enable faster, smarter booking journeys and provide advisors with enhanced tools to support business growth.
- Sessions on sales development and personal growth, including ‘Using Colours to Sell More by Speaking Your Client’s Language’ led by Bethany Grant, Vice President of Sales & Advisor Engagement, alongside high-performance business coaching consultant Andrew Stirrup’s session, ‘Unlocking the Potential: Transforming Your Approach to Sales’, which will focus on unlocking new opportunities and helping advisors achieve greater success.
- Recognising the increasing demand for accessible travel, ITQ 2026 will also host an expert panel discussion, ‘Inclusive Travel for All’, chaired by Susan Deer, Director of Industry Relations at ABTA, bringing together accessible travel organisations and industry partners to discuss best practices and create more inclusive travel experiences.
