InteleTravel has announced the launch of a new Customer Service Academy at ITQ 2026, with a presentation delivered to 500 advisors, partners and industry leaders in Krakow, Poland.

The Customer Service Excellence Academy will give advisors access to a six-month intensive live and virtual teaching programme including guest speakers, monthly tasks, self-study, coaching clinics and toolkits. The programme is designed to equip advisors with the skill set to provide the highest standards of personalised customer service for their clients.
The programme will take advisors through the customer expectation journey, giving them mastery in communication and relationship building that delivers better customer satisfaction and retention, resulting in improved earning potential.
Throughout the six-month course, InteleTravel advisors will be assessed along the way before completing a final exam. Those who successfully complete the programme and assessment will receive international recognition by CPD, alongside the InteleTravel Customer Service Excellence badge and recognition certificate.
