VIVA Cruises First Dedicated Agent Selling Guide

River cruise line VIVA Cruises has launched its first travel agent selling guide. The guide highlights key brand USPs, including its ‘freedom, flexibility and choice’ ethos; fleet information on each of its nine ships; key cabin and suite features; and details of VIVA’s all-inclusive onboard offering.

All details correct at time of publication (5 October 2026)

A dedicated section for the VIVA Boutique programme outlines itineraries on new ships VIVA BEYOND and VIVA UNIQUE, as well as additional onboard benefits, such as three restaurants being on offer and half of the accommodation comprising suites.

In addition, a demographics section contains a list of common customer profiles and preferences to help agents when discussing options with their clients.

Agents can also find further information about destinations; dining and onboard activities, such as the spa and fitness centre; sales support advice; and contact details for the trade team. The selling guide is available via the VIVA Cruises online training portal and in print.

Michelle Daniels, Director of Sales, UK & Ireland and Australia & New Zealand at VIVA Cruises, said: “Our new travel agent selling guide is very much the result of feedback from our trade partners.

“It gives them all the tools and information they need to confidently sell VIVA Cruises, bringing everything together in one easy-to-use resource. We hope it will support agents in matching clients with the right VIVA Cruises experience and ultimately help them grow their river cruise sales.”

VIVA Cruises’ all-inclusive experience includes all meals, flexible dining across up to three restaurants, and a selection of premium drinks including wine, spirits and cocktails.

Guests also enjoy complimentary High Tea once per voyage, a daily replenished minibar and Nespresso coffee machine in their cabin, a welcome bottle of prosecco, Rituals toiletries, plus Wi-Fi and gratuities included.

VIVA Boutique ships feature more than 50% suite accommodation, and guests benefit from extras such as an included signature shore excursion, three onboard restaurants and Michelin-star-inspired options in MOMENTS restaurant.

Guests staying in suite accommodation have additional benefits including airport transfers, priority boarding, in-suite breakfast and a personal concierge.
