VIVA Cruises has named two winners in its travel agent training prize draws. The relaunched programme helps agents learn about the river cruise line and its holidays.

Frankie Bond, from cruise.co.uk, has won a four-night VIVA Cruises sailing of their choice. Meanwhile, Elizabeth Young, from Stein Travel, has won a Rituals hamper.
VIVA Cruises Rewards Training Programme Graduates
Both winners completed training modules by 30 September. However, the two prizes had different entry requirements.
Agents who completed all five modules entered the cruise prize draw. Existing subscribers who completed the new modules qualified for the hamper draw.
What Does the Training Programme Cover?
VIVA Cruises relaunched its online training programme in July. The five modules cover the cruise line, its fleet, onboard experiences, shore excursions and destinations.
Agents can also access a dedicated toolbox. It features digital selling guides, brand news and the latest incentives.

Michelle Daniels, Director of Sales for UK and Ireland and Australia and New Zealand at VIVA Cruises, welcomed the response from agents.
