Working Holiday Makers to Australia can now access a new “starter package” to begin their adventure in Perth, Western Australia.
18–30-year-olds heading down under on a Working Holiday Visa can sign up for Ultimate Travel’s new 7-day working holiday arrival package.
The Perth package begins with a 7-day itinerary introducing visitors to the state’s hot spots such as Perth, Margaret River and Rottnest Island, and can be booked with a deposit of just $99.
The starter package will help visitors with support to find work, set up an Aussie bank account, access low-cost prepaid phone plans, and set up free healthcare services plus discounts on training courses to develop practical skills.
In addition, visa holders who choose to travel and work in Western Australia can access an additional $2,000 to support their trip.
The Paid Escape incentive from the state government will give eligible applicants an accommodation allowance of $40 per night, up to a maximum of 6 weeks, along with a one-off allowance up to a maximum of $500 to assist with travel costs.
The Australian Government announced in November 2021 that Working Holiday Makers could return to Australia.
Globally, the UK has had the highest number of visas given out of any country.
The Working Holiday Maker visa allows Brits aged 18 to 30 the opportunity to continue their career momentum whilst enjoying an extended stay Down Under for a period of up to three years.
The job opportunities available are perfect for the overwhelming number of young Brits (70%) * who want to enjoy extended travel but are concerned about supporting themselves financially.
