Malaysia Airlines Returns To Terminal 4 At London Heathrow

Malaysia Airlines has announced that it will return to the newly reopened Terminal 4 at London Heathrow effective 22 June from its temporary base in Terminal 2.

Terminal 4 was officially reopened on 14 June after two years of closure.

Also effective 22 June, Malaysia Airlines’ check-in counters will be located at Terminal 4, Level 2, Departure Hall.

Until then, check-in counters will remain at Terminal 2, Level 5, Departure Hall.

Passengers are encouraged to arrive in good time to allow sufficient time for check-in and security screening during this busy period.

Malaysia Airlines is the only carrier operating non-stop flights from London to Kuala Lumpur. This will be further enhanced by the reinstatement of its twice-daily flight service as of 30 June.

The increased capacity provides greater opportunities for better connections from across the UK and Europe to the Asia Pacific.

Daniel Bainbridge, Regional Director UK & Europe, commented:

“The reopening of London Heathrow Terminal 4 is a major signal of the increased demand for global travel, and I am delighted that Malaysia Airlines will be able to cater to travellers through its twice-daily service from London to Kuala Lumpur.

“Returning to Terminal 4 will allow our valued passengers to benefit from a seamless check-in experience in spacious surroundings – setting the tone for the signature Malaysian hospitality they will experience onboard.”
