Jet2holidays has taken 350 delegates and top-performing agents to Portugal for its eighth annual VIP conference for independent travel agents.
This year the theme is based around the famous motto ‘Who Dares Wins’, with agents urged to have the courage to “confront challenges in order to succeed” and held at the 3HB Guarana.
A highlight at the conference is a motivational talk by former SAS soldier and star of SAS Who Dares Wins, Colin MacLachlan.
Attendees can look forward to a packed agenda of presentations and Q&A sessions.
With a number of updates, launches and announcements planned, the conference “demonstrates Jet2holidays’ commitment to investing in its Partners 2 Success strategy.”
Sessions include topics on combatting the cost of living and sustainability. Agents will also learn more about Jet2holidays’ future vision from senior figures including CEO Steve Heapy, Head of Trade Alan Cross, and Head of Product Zoe Towers.
In response to demand, the annual VIP conference will once again feature the popular Jet2holidays Got Talent show, as well as the Jet2holidays Agent Awards.
Top-performing agents will receive accolades for outstanding performance over the past 12 months.
This is in addition to supplier showcases and prize giveaways including holidays, business support and thousands of pounds of marketing spend.
For the first time, delegates will use a dedicated app on their phones to stay in touch with the conference programme and receive real-time updates.
