Sunlife Mauritius has been recognized in three categories in The World Luxury Travel Awards 2022, with three accolades for Sugar Beach, Long Beach and La Pirogue.
The World Luxury Hotel Awards recognises hotels, spas, restaurants and travel establishments for world-class service excellence.
Winners were announced on 22 October 2022 in Antalya, Turkey. This was the sixteenth event of its kind and more than 300 guests flew in from around the world to celebrate the awards.
Sunlife, previously known as Sun Resorts recently underwent a rebranding, unveiling a new name and a “reimagined” philosophy and culture across the board.
Made up of four luxury hotels in Mauritius: five-star Sugar Beach, five-star Long Beach, four-star La Pirogue, and four-star Ambre, along with private island Ile aux Cerfs, Sunlife has undertaken a transformation across its whole portfolio.
The brand won three awards at this year’s World Luxury Hotel Awards for the following:
Luxury Beach Hotel – Sugar Beach
