Air Canada Inaugurates Only Direct Flight To Bangkok

Air Canada’s inaugural flight to Thailand landed in Bangkok on Saturday, December 3.

AC65 departed Vancouver for Bangkok, marking the start of the only direct route between North America and Thailand in over a decade.

The service will be operated four-times weekly through 26 March 2023 onboard the Boeing 787 Dreamliner.

Flights from Vancouver are now available every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday and every Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday from Bangkok.

Mark Galardo, Senior Vice President – Network Planning and Revenue Management at Air Canada, said:

“We are thrilled to launch Air Canada’s first non-stop service to Southeast Asia and the only non-stop flight between North America and Thailand.
