Capri Palace Jumeirah has extended its wellness offering through a partnership with wellbeing retreat curator Balance Holidays.
The Balance Holidays eight day programme will be taking place over Memorial Day weekend (22nd – 29th May 2023) at Capri Palace Jumeirah.
The luxury 5* hotel is nestled in a secluded corner of the island with panoramic views of the islands of Ischia and Procida, the Gulf of Naples, and the hills of Mount Solaro.
The themes explored in this retreat include detox, vegan nutrition, hikes and a world-class spa with the integration of relaxing practices and slow movements.
There are also daily trekking, a treatment in Capri Palace’s award-winning medical spa, an exclusive, opening ceremony & intention setting, daily stretching, yoga, meditation, breathwork and sound baths.
These are combined with workshops such us mindful eating, nervous system fitness, mind detox and anatomy of deep relaxation, dinner at private beach club and restaurant, Il Riccio, with all meals being nutritious field-to-fork plant-based, gluten and dairy-free.
Participants will also learn how to integrate holistic healing and wellness through food, nutrition and diet, and be given tools to take home with them to continue their wellbeing journey.

Already included within the retreat package is Capri Medical Spa’s signature treatment, The Leg School Therapy, which has been specially developed by MD F. Canonaco – a massage consisting of three steps and performed using medicated mud, leg massage wrapping and Kneipp Hydro-Therapy.

Prices for the Balance Holidays Reinvigorate at Capri Island Retreat are €8,746 per person for a Classic Garden View room (double occupancy) and €10,022, excluding flights and transfers.
