Emerald Cruises has added Engelhartszell, a Danube River cruise port in Austria, to its eight-day Danube Delight cruise itinerary.
The new port of call will be available from 16 April this year and guests can explore historic cities, monasteries and castles.
Guests booking this sailing or one of its 17 European river cruises before 31 January 2023 can enjoy Free Business Class Flights and savings up to £1,400 per couple.
The Danube Delights cruise includes an evening concert in Vienna, hike to the fairy-tale Dürnstein Castle, an afternoon tea with a Slovakian family in Bratislava, and a Jewish heritage tour of Budapest.
New to 2023, guests can explore the untapped beauty of the quaint market town Engelhartszell and visit its magnificent monastery and church.
Guests can also cycle past terraced vineyards, castles and ruins and discover the charm of the historic city of Krems or simply relax onboard the Emerald Cruises Star-Ship.
The cruise departs from Regensburg and calls at Passau, Engelhartszell, Dürnstein, Krems, Vienna, Bratislava and Budapest.
Prices for the eight-day river cruise start from £2,160 per person including free Business Class Flights and a £970 saving per couple based on a 20 October 2023 departure.
