Nobu Hospitality has signed a management agreement with Enevoria Development FZ-LLC to develop a Nobu Hotel, Restaurant, and Residences on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah.
This is the brand’s second hotel and residential development in the UAE following the announcement of the development of Nobu-branded hotels and residences at Mamsha Al Saadiyat in Abu Dhabi.
The five-star property in Ras Al Khaimah will span 70,000 square metres with 7.8 km of unspoiled beaches and views of the Arabian Gulf.
Guests can look forward to a spa and fitness facility, four dining venues, swimming pools, a Nobu beach club, 165 guest rooms and suites, a rooftop Nobu Villa and expansive event and conference facilities.
The hotel is slated to open in 2026 where guests will be part of a premier lifestyle beach community with 300 branded Nobu residences and exclusive benefits.
Ras Al Khaimah is located only 45 minutes from Dubai International Airport and 25 minutes from Ras Al Khaimah International Airport.
