Royal Caribbean Hires US Specialist For New EMEA Role

Royal Caribbean International has hired Kristi Reeser from the North American Royal Caribbean team as its EMEA Training Manager.

The cruise line said that Kristi will support the wider EMEA team to develop their expertise in their mission to deliver the best family holidays possible.

Her initial responsibilities include conducting the training for all EMEA call centres, covering a breadth of information including products, policies, procedures and systems.

Kristi has a background in hospitality which included managing one of the busiest Subway Sandwich franchises in the US.

Kristi joins the cruise line at a “pivotal point in its history” as Royal Caribbean readies to receive two game-changing ships, Icon of the Seas and Utopia of the Seas.

Ben Bouldin, Vice President of Europe, Middle East and Africa at Royal Caribbean International said:

“The team and I are so pleased to have Kristi onboard. Her incredible knowledge will be vital in helping us maintain high-quality customer communications across all our call centres and EMEA teams.”

On her recent appointment, Kristi said: “I’m so excited to move to the EMEA office and be part of an amazing and dynamic team.

“My favourite type of training is for new hires, everyone is excited to learn, and I get to be the one to show them how amazing Royal Caribbean is as a company and a brand.

Royal has rolled out the red carpet, I’m looking forward to getting fully up to speed and supporting the region.”
