This remarkable 11-day journey takes customers through the wonders of the Antarctic Peninsula. Passengers navigate the Drake Passage aboard a polar-class vessel, immersing themselves in the breathtaking natural landscapes of Antarctica by Zodiac and on foot.
Along the way, they have the rare opportunity to observe penguins, whales, and other unique wildlife up close. The cruise also features a helicopter-inclusive route designed to maximise airborne exploration, providing an extraordinary perspective of Antarctica’s grandeur from above.
Guests are treated daily to awe-inspiring sights, from magnificent ice formations to humpback whales swimming alongside the ship. They may also witness leopard seals beneath their Zodiac, penguins diving into crystal-clear waters from icebergs, and giant petrels soaring across the dynamic seascape.
Chris Hawkins, Programme Director at Tropical Sky, describes this as: “Singularly, the most exciting trip you will ever go on, one for adventurers. Unique are the included helicopter trips, giving travellers a special bird’s-eye view of the Antarctic ice sheet.
“Almost daily offshore Zodiac cruises, exceptional dining, and guides without equal make this journey unforgettable. The ship’s environmental credentials are of the very highest standard. A well-equipped gym, wonderful sauna, and relaxing spa room all add to the onboard niceties.”
