Up To 25% Savings With HX Autumn Campaign

HX (Hurtigruten Expeditions) has launched its Autumn bookings campaign, with up to 25% savings for guests booking between now and the end of the year.

As part of the expedition cruise line’s 130th anniversary celebrations, HX is offering discounts on bookings to Antarctica, Galápagos, Arctic Canada, Greenland, Alaska, and Svalbard for selected sailings in 26/27 and Q1 in 2026.

Supporting travel agents during this period, HX has made sure all agency partners get a comprehensive information package.

This package will include information on the savings as well as all the onboard events and activations happening throughout next year for the brand’s anniversary.

  • The high-reach campaign will run from September 1 to December 3, 2025
  • Early bookers can save an additional £500 if they book in September
  • Travel agencies benefit from strong marketing support and anniversary perks



Early Booking Bonus in September

Guests booking between September 1 and 30, 2025, will also receive an additional £500 discount per booking on these selected voyages.

This offer applies to the following destinations:

  • Galápagos – up to 25% discount
  • Antarctica – up to 15% discount
  • Arctic Norway – up to 15% discount
  • Greenland, Svalbard, Alaska – up to 10% discount



Strong Support for the Travel Trade
As part of the campaign, HX is focusing on close collaboration with travel agents and trade partners.

All agency partners will receive a comprehensive information package before the campaign starts, including all details and sales pitch documents in a clear format, plus a one-page fact sheet for direct customer consultations making selling and commission easier and faster!

Media presence to boost demand
To maximise visibility, HX will launch an extensive advertising campaign featuring TV spots, print ads, online promotions, and social media activities. The aim is to target potential customers directly and guide them into travel agencies.

Special onboard experiences during the anniversary year
Guests travelling with HX during the anniversary year can look forward to special keepsakes and a range of unique experiences that celebrate the company’s long history of exploration.

Already announced is the limited-edition 130-year anniversary badge commemorating HX’s very first expedition in 1896 between Hammerfest and Svalbard.

Guests can also enjoy a specially created anniversary cocktail and a limited-edition Ocean Bottle.

Magnus Winvold, an official HX historian and storyteller for the 130th anniversary, will present exclusive lectures on selected voyages, sharing the rich history of HX and its explorations. More activities will be announced throughout the year.

All-inclusive Onboard Experience
All HX voyages include an extensive all-inclusive package: daily expert-led excursions, a wide range of onboard and outdoor science activities, an expedition jacket and a reusable water bottle.

Guests will also have access to the sauna, hot tubs, and fitness room, Wi-Fi, full board including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and even professional photographs.
