Kuoni has launched its new trade platform – Kuoni Connect – a brand-new trade platform designed to strengthen support and empower trade partners, and redefine how the brand collaborates with the trade.

The platform will go live on 18 November 2025, but trade partners can pre-register from today and be entered into a draw to win one of five ESPA advent calendars.
Following extensive consultation with trade partners, Kuoni found that while its partners value the brand’s reputation and personalised service, there was a clear opportunity to elevate its digital tools and technology.
Kuoni Connect answers that call with a suite of intelligent features, offers and training resources designed to make selling Kuoni holidays easier than ever.

At the heart of Kuoni Connect is a collection of purpose-built tools created to make trade partners’ work simpler and more effective. The platform brings together learning, marketing content, news, offers, and booking tools all in one easy-to-access place.

Trade partners will have access to the new Learning Lounge, where they can discover the story behind the Kuoni brand and become a Kuoni Insider – the first step towards becoming an expert, with destination-focused modules launching in 2026.
The Kuoni Studio provides instant access to inspirational content and marketing materials, while the News Hub keeps partners informed with the latest insights. Trade partners can easily download offers in the format they need, making it simple to share promotions with their customers.
Communication has also been enhanced through a brand-new Support Desk, which now includes WhatsApp support for a faster, more personal connection with the Kuoni team.

The platform also introduces Kora, an AI-powered sales coach developed to support trade partners selling Kuramathi Maldives, one of Kuoni’s exclusive properties, answering real-time questions and providing insights. This innovative feature will be expanded to other properties and destinations in the future.
Kuoni’s ambition is to create a dynamic, data-driven hub that understands each trade partner’s needs, tailoring the experience and connecting them with the right content, tools and offers.
