Escorted touring brands Travelsphere and Just You have announced extended opening hours for their joint contact centre.

The centre is now permanently open seven days a week, with new Sunday hours from 10am-4pm. The change follows a trial period during the peaks booking window and has been implemented following direct feedback from travel agents.
Tom Morgan, trade sales director at Travelsphere and Just You, said: “We’ve made this change because it’s what agents have been asking for.
“Opening every Sunday gives the trade more flexibility, especially during busy periods, and this is a practical step to make working with us easier. It is an important move for both our partners and teams, and one that reflects our ongoing commitment to supporting agents in a way that genuinely fits around how they do business today.”
The contact centre handles reservations, answers booking queries and processes payments for trade customers. A dedicated trade number, 01858 415210, was introduced earlier this year.
