Including a mix of long-haul and regional destinations, expanded agent participation, and the introduction of a Mega FAM to India featuring multiple itineraries, the programme reflects Newmarket Holidays’ continued investment in the trade and commitment to long-term growth in the touring sector.
The programme has been developed in response to growing demand for touring and to support agent education and confidence in selling Newmarket Holidays’ products.
Travel agents will benefit from first-hand experience of destinations, itineraries and product quality, encouraging them to sell with greater confidence and authenticity. The programme also supports relationship-building and knowledge-sharing across the trade.
The FAMs will cover key growth regions, including the USA, Canada, Borneo and South Africa, and a Mega FAM to India. The Mega FAM will cover four simultaneous itineraries for 40 travel agents, with the opportunity for all agents to reconvene for the final two days in Delhi to consolidate learnings and relationships.
The trip is open to a strong mix of top-selling agents and those new to touring. All FAM trips will be supported by multiple in-market hosts and partners.
The first FAM was hosted this month in Canada, where 10 agents were supported by two Newmarket Holidays staff. The itinerary covered Toronto, Niagara Falls, Ottawa, Montreal, and Quebec City.
Hayley Morris, Head of Trade Sales and Partnerships, said: “Our FAM programme continues to grow year on year, and 2026 marks our most ambitious programme yet.
“By giving travel agents first-hand experience of our tours, we’re equipping them with the confidence and insight needed to drive touring sales. With exciting destinations and new formats like our India Mega FAM, we’re continuing to invest in the trade and the future of touring.”
