The new itineraries are packed with unforgettable experiences exploring the unique culture and breathtaking landscapes of the beautiful country situated at the heart of Central Asia.

Notably, the Tajikistan & Uzbekistan Highlights tour combines the incredibly popular Highlights of Uzbekistan trip with the new Highlights of Tajikistan adventure to offer guests an incredible, extended journey of discovery in the region which includes the jewel of Central Asia, Uzbekistan.

Previously, guests could visit Tajikistan as part of Jules Verne’s 25-night Silk Road Explorer: From Kazakhstan to Uzbekistan so the new tours offer shorter itinerary options – perfect for travellers wanting a taste of Central Asia – as well as a dedicated tour to the destination.

Debbie O’Neill, Managing Director at Jules Verne, states: “We are delighted to be expanding our Tajikistan offering – it is an off-the-beaten-track destination which offers enriching travel experiences perfect for Jules Verne customers.

“Jules Verne’s Tajikistan itineraries have been carefully curated to include the very best experiences of this beautiful country, from visiting the bustling bazaars of Dushanbe and seeing the incredible showcases of ancient architecture in Istaravshan, to witnessing the spectacular scenery of the Fann Mountains and exploring the fascinating history of Khujand, one of the oldest cities in Central Asia.”
