AE Expeditions has launched “Your Training, Your Choice”, a bespoke training programme where agents can come together and receive training during an experience of their choice.
Agents are encouraged to grab their colleagues (groups between 5 to 12 people) and pick an exciting activity, during which they will receive training from the AE Expeditions team.
The training will cover an overview of what makes the brand different in the polar regions and beyond, alongside the highlights of the latest season.
Agents can choose where their training takes place. Possible activities include:
- Sample wine and cheese at a vineyard
- Enjoy a delicious lunch at a restaurant of your choice
- A fun activity – perhaps a walk in the countryside, golf or bowling?
- Something else… it’s “your choice”
AE Expeditions says it “prides itself on its curated approach to its voyages”, with its ‘Your Choice’ excursions offering passengers a choice from up to three all-inclusive experiences at each port on its new Small Ship Cruise product.
The company says it believes that the same philosophy should be used for agent training, allowing agents to personalise the training that they receive in a fun location of their choice.
