Aer Lingus is now offering transatlantic flights between UK and the USA for just £199 each way. This new announcement is to mark the upcoming lift of travel bans between the two countries.

Passengers can opt for direct flights from Manchester to New York and Orlando beginning December 1 and December 11 respectively.

“Aer Lingus is delighted to finally be re-uniting the UK, Europe and the United States. We’re excited to once again connect families, friends and businesses on both sides of the Atlantic,” said Susanne Carberry, Chief Customer Officer at Aer Lingus.

“Safety remains our priority at Aer Lingus and we continue to implement measures such as mask requirements and additional cleaning, as has been in practice across the airline for the past year,” said Susanne.

Aer Lingus also offers transatlantic connections from seven key UK airports, including London Heathrow, Gatwick and Birmingham, via Dublin on to popular North American cities such as New York JFK, Newark, Boston, Chicago, Washington DC, Orlando, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Toronto.

Aer Lingus customers are advised to use the airline’s new online travel support tool to retrieve up-to-date travel information based on their specific circumstances including vaccination status, return travel and flight connection requirements.
