The Personal Travel Consultants in Partnership with Blue Bay Travel (PTCs) has added a competitive edge to its upcoming “Top Sellers” trip to Antigua.
Eight of the highest-performing PTCs, who have already achieved over £1 million in sales between 1 Jan and 31 December 2024, will enjoy a four-night, all-inclusive getaway courtesy of Elite Island Resorts at the stunning Verandah Resort & Spa in Antigua this September.
It’s the first time Elite Island Resorts has hosted a trip exclusively with one homeworking brand and the trip is being supported by Antigua Tourist Board and British Airways.
The PTCs’ leadership team has now launched a points-based incentive scheme to decide who will take the final two places on the trip, taking the group up to 10 homeworkers.
Homeworkers have until 30 June to collect points toward specific sales goals set by the Management Team, with the chance to win a place on an exclusive trip to Antigua.
Points can be earned across a range of activities, including the number of bookings made, social media posts promoting Antigua, flights booked with British Airways, and stays with Elite Island Resorts.
A minimum revenue threshold applies, and the two agents with the highest points will secure their spot on the trip.
The scheme has been designed to reward not only volume but strategic selling, driving areas of key business focus and encouraging agents to work closely with the PTCs’ partners.
