Ambassador Cruise Line has announced a series of trade incentives to thank its valued trade partners for their hard work and continued support.
April’s incentives have been launched to celebrate both Easter as well as the arrival of Ambassador’s Fly Caribbean cruise programme, which is now available for agents to book online. Prizes include cash rewards, vouchers and chocolatey delights.
The cruise line has also announced two new courses with Online Travel Training (OTT) starting this April.
These will provide agents with essential training on various topics, including Ambassador’s amazing onboard entertainment, the agent booking journey and a virtual familiarization tour of Renaissance – the latest vessel to join the fleet.
Karen Cameron, Head of Trade (Interim) at Ambassador Cruise Line, said: “Our valued trade partners are key to our success and these incentives are about showing our immense gratitude for their ongoing hard work and support as the Ambassador brand goes from strength to strength.
“We also continue to strive to ensure that our agents are armed with all the tools they need to confidently sell the Ambassador brand, which is why we have launched two brand-new courses with Online Travel Training this month.”
See below for further information on Ambassador’s April incentives – including the prizes available and how agents can be in with the chance to win them – as well as further information about Ambassador’s new courses with OTT.
Trio of eggs-cellent Easter incentives
Running from 14 to 27 April 2025, Ambassador has launched a trio of cracking incentives to reward its valued agents this Easter:
‘Lucky Egg Lottery’
Agents who book an Ambassador sailing between 14 to 27 April 2025 will be in with a chance of winning a whopping £250 voucher of their choice – with the option to put the winnings towards anything from a family day out to getting the garden looking summer-ready.
Agents making a booking over the eligibility period simply need to email competitions@ambassadorcruiseline.com with their booking reference to enter the prize draw.
What’s more, every booking for one of Ambassador’s fly Caribbean cruises will be counted as a double entry. The winner will be announced on Ambassador’s dedicated trade Facebook page: Ambassador Cruise Line Trade Partners.
‘Eggs-Change’
Bringing chocolate-fueled thanks along with a few other surprises, Ambassador is hoping to give trade partners a sprinkle of Easter fun with its ‘Eggs-Change’ incentive.
For the incentive, Ambassador’s very own Easter bunnies (aka its Business Development Executives) will be travelling the length and breadth of the country this April to hand-deliver delicious chocolate eggs to some of its top-performing trade partners as a small gesture of thanks for their ongoing hard work.
The best-performing stores are yet to be selected, so agents are encouraged to keep an eye out – Ambassador’s Easter bunnies may be paying you a visit very soon!
‘Easter-Car Hunt’
Ambassador’s third and final Easter incentive is none other than an Easter-themed hunt with multiple £15 Love2Shop vouchers up for grabs.
Whilst out and about across the country, the Business Development Executives will also be posting photos of their cars in different locations along with a clue as to its whereabouts on Ambassador’s dedicated trade Facebook page, Ambassador Cruise Line Trade Partners.
To be in with a chance to win a £15 Love2Shop voucher, agents will need to comment where they think the photo has been taken on the post.
A winner will be chosen at random from the correct answers on each post.
Go Caribbean CRAZY with Ambassador’s latest incentive
Ambassador is giving the agents the opportunity to win cash prizes of up to £150 when booking customers onto one of its new Fly Caribbean cruises this 2025/26 Winter.
Running from 8 until 14 April 2025, agents can make an additional £50 for every suite booking on Ambassador’s Fly Caribbean sailings and a whopping £100 is available to those who manage to book an upgraded flight (to either premium or upper class).

Two new courses for agents launched with Online Travel Training
This April, Ambassador Cruise Line has announced the launch of two brand-new courses for agents with Online Travel Training (OTT).
This comes after the success of the affordable quality cruise line’s first course – ‘Welcome to Ambassador Cruise Line’ – on the agent training platform last year.
The courses are designed to support agents by offering key training to help them confidently sell the Ambassador brand.
Whilst the first course provided agents with an introduction to Ambassador, the two new courses will take agents on a deeper dive into the affordable, quality cruise line.
The second course includes a module titled ‘CFC/Renaissance’, which will cover the latest vessel to join Ambassador’s fleet (announced in January 2025).
Also included are ‘Voyages of Exploration’, ‘Before you Sail’, ‘Onboard’ and ‘Even more to enjoy onboard’ (the latter of which will help agents understand Ambassador’s offerings for families, solo travellers, large groups, etc.).
In the third course, agents will cover the following modules: ‘Bars & Restaurants’, ‘Why sell us?’, ‘Agent booking journey’, ‘FAQs’ and ‘How do we support you?’.
The courses are free and open to all travel agents. Each course has five modules and should take approximately 20-25 minutes to complete.
