Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy

The purpose of this policy is to set out the responsibilities of Travel Pursuit and its employees in observing and upholding our stance against slavery and human trafficking. It also provides guidance on how to identify and address potential instances of modern slavery within our operations and supply chains.

  • Board of Directors: Overall responsibility for ensuring this policy complies with our legal and ethical obligations.
  • Managers: Ensure that their areas of responsibility are free from modern slavery practices and that appropriate due diligence and training are conducted.
  • Employees: Expected to read, understand, and comply with this policy. The prevention, detection, and reporting of modern slavery in any part of our business or supply chains are the responsibility of all employees.

 

4. Supply Chains

We expect all suppliers and partners to adhere to our values and comply with all local laws and regulations regarding ethical labor practices. We conduct due diligence on all new suppliers and partners and require them to confirm their adherence to our anti-slavery policy.

5. Risk Assessment and Management

We undertake regular risk assessments of our supply chains and business operations to identify and address risks related to modern slavery. Where high-risk areas are identified, we take appropriate measures to mitigate these risks.

6. Training and Awareness

We provide training to our employees to ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chains. This training helps our employees recognize the signs of modern slavery and understand how to report concerns.

7. Reporting Concerns
