The Bahamas Ministry of Tourism, Investments & Aviation (BMOTIA) has launched the Bahamas Travel Agents Rewards Programme, in partnership with My Booking Rewards.
This exclusive programme is aimed at strengthening relationships with travel agents within the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands).
Agents can look forward to exciting benefits, incentives, and rewards for booking travel to The Bahamas.
Hon. I. Chester Cooper, Bahamas Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Tourism, Investments & Aviation said:
“Our partnership with the travel agent community in the UK has been key to the steady growth of tourism from the UK to The Islands of The Bahamas.
“With the launch of the Bahamas Travel Agents Rewards Programme today, we aim to deepen our relationship with UK travel professionals by making it easier and more rewarding for agents to close bookings to The Bahamas.”
The incentives offered extend to licensed accommodations – more than 115 properties across Nassau and Paradise Island, Grand Bahama Island, and the Out Islands.
Travel agents can boost their earning power by earning up to £50.00 per actualised booking that are logged at Bahamas TravelAgentsRewards.com.
Standard rewards of £10.00 per booking will be credited for all qualifying bookings of a minimum of six nights on Nassau and Paradise Island based on double occupancy.
£20.00 per booking will be credited for all qualifying bookings of a minimum of four nights on Grand Bahama Island or any of the Out Islands based on double occupancy.
This programme is applicable to licensed properties within The Islands of The Bahamas.
My Booking Rewards is a fully integrated online solution that supports rewarding relationships by bringing together agents and suppliers.
Agents can earn and learn from one easily accessed portal. Suppliers can engage with an active network of over 15,000 UK agents.
The programme launch comes at the ideal time with daily flights from London via British Airways and twice per week via Virgin Atlantic and seamless connections from major cities in the UK via the US and Canada.
