The Barbados Tourism Marketing Inc. (BTMI) is inviting travellers and cricket fans to the upcoming white-ball series on the island.
On the 6th, 9th and 10th November, Barbados’ oldest cricket ground, Kensington Oval in Bridgetown, is set to host the white-ball series between England and West Indies which will include one ODI and two T20s.
With Barbados known for being the mecca for cricket in the Caribbean, the island successfully hosted the eight T20 World Cup Games this year, as well as the sold-out World Cup Final which was attended by over 20,000 fans.
As the season comes to the end in the UK, BTMI welcomes cricket lovers to enjoy ‘the gentleman’s game’ in sunnier and warmer climes, where the average temperature in Barbados in November will reach a high of 30 degrees Celsius.
Here are some West Indies v England 2024 key packages (including flights, airport transfers, match tickets and merchandise etc), for those looking to couple their holiday to the island with some sporting action:

“We are delighted to welcome home our very own Jofra Archer and Jacob Bethell, as well as Phil Salt who grew up and honed his early cricketing skills here, as they prepare to play against the mighty West Indies.”
Kamal Springer, Manager for Sports Tourism at BTMI also commented: “While Barbados is traditionally known for its exquisite beaches and magnificent landscapes, what better way to get the heart pumping than to watch your favourite cricket player hit a six to the sound of thousands of roaring fans in one of the most iconic cricket grounds in the world?”
