In response to the ongoing pandemic and uncertainty around travel, British Airways has further extended its flexible booking policies.
Customers with flight or holidays bookings due to be completed by 31st August 2022, can either make changes or cancel their trip in return for voucher credit.
Alongside this change, the validity of voucher credits has also been extended for use on trips until 30th September 2023.
Changes or voucher credits can be requested right up until check-in for their flight closes. Where a flight is cancelled, customers remain entitled to a full refund or voucher.
