What can onboard credit be spent on?
There are so many ways for your customers to treat themselves using their onboard credit, and they don’t need to wait until they are onboard.
By logging into the pre-cruise planner, customers can spend their onboard credit on a variety of experiences and add-ons. The pre-cruise planner is also accessible via Cruising Power!
Onboard credit can be used for many onboard purchases, including:
- Shore Excursions
- Speciality Dining
- Beverages
- Shopping
- Casino Games
- Spa Treatments
- Photography
- Wi-Fi
What purchases cannot be covered by onboard credit?
Onboard credit cannot be applied to medical costs for any treatments guests might need while on the ship. It also cannot be used as a deposit for any future cruises booked at the future Cruise Vacations desk.
Can onboard credit be used to purchase an All Included package?
Onboard Credit cannot be applied towards any part of the cruise fare, including the All Included package. However, it can be utilised for separate pre-cruise purchases of full drinks packages and Wi-fi packages.
Can onboard credit be used to purchase drinks package upgrades?
Guests booked under the All Included package can use their onboard credit to purchase an upgrade to the premium drinks package.
