AE Expeditions has launched a new limited-time “100 Reasons to Sell AE Expeditions” incentive for EMEA trade partners, designed to directly reward frontline agents for every passenger they book.

Running from 1 July to 31 August, the incentive gives individual agents £100 per passenger booked across any AE Expeditions voyage, in any region.
The reward is paid directly to the agent in voucher form, making it a simple way to recognise the people actively selling AE’s expedition experiences.
The campaign builds on AE Expeditions’ continued focus on agent education and confidence, including recent famil activity in Svalbard, where agents experienced the ship and style of travel for themselves.
Whether clients are dreaming of Antarctica’s towering icebergs, the wildlife-rich Arctic, the tropical coastlines of Costa Rica, the cultural treasures of the Mediterranean, or another unforgettable expedition, agents will be rewarded for every passenger they book.
The incentive applies across AE Expeditions’ entire expedition portfolio and all travel seasons.
Incentive Period: 1 July – 31 August 2026

Terms and Conditions
£100 per passenger is payable to the travel agent dealing directly with the consumer (B2C bookings only). Not valid for B2B2C bookings if being sold via a travel agent. Tour operator/wholesaler to direct consumer bookings are valid for the incentive. One claim may be made per passenger booked. No cash alternative is available.
A deposit must be received by AE Expeditions within the incentive period for the booking to qualify (i.e. your company must have transferred the deposit amount to AE Expeditions by 31 August 2026). Valid for all AE Expeditions destinations and all booking seasons.
Bookings must be made between 1 July and 31 August 2026. Incentive is £100 per passenger, or €100 – paid out in voucher format (Amazon, or local equivalent)
