EasyJet has added extra seats to accommodate the late-summer getaways, to a number of European destinations from Gatwick and Manchester.

More seats have been added on flights from Manchester to Tenerife and Lanzarote
This time of year is popular for many travellers wanting to extend their summer and avoid the expense of school holidays.
Currently, the airline operates 277 routes from the UK to 94 destinations across 35 countries in Europe, North Africa and the Middle East.
The carrier is also flying 20 routes to Portugal and another 20 to mainland Spain from eight UK airports.
