easyJet and easyJet holidays have launched even more flexible policies as part of their ‘Protection Promise’ to provide customers with more confidence to book a trip this summer, knowing that if their plans change, so can their booking.
With the restart of international travel just a couple of weeks away, with the potential of the ever-changing restrictions, customers will be provided with more booking flexibility than ever before to ensure they can change their bookings if they need to, should travel restrictions change.
What does the protection promise include:
- Market-leading Protection Promise means customers can book with confidence knowing that if their plans have to change, so can their booking
- easyJet customers can now change their flights this summer without a fee, any day before departure, to any flights on sale and to any destinations
- Any customers whose trip is impacted by a mandatory hotel quarantine, or a lockdown travel ban, will be able to receive a refund for their flights, even if they are still operating
- As part of its Protection Promise, easyJet holidays has enhanced its Covid commitments in line with the green, amber, and red lists being introduced by the UK government
- Should a destination be on the amber list, easyJet holidays customers can make fee-free changes or cancel their holidays for credit up to 24 hours before travel
- Should a destination be added to a red list, easyJet holidays will, in addition to offering fee-free changes and the option for credit, cancel any holidays no later than seven days before travel and customers will receive a full refund
The airline continues to add more destinations to its European and domestic network providing more choice for Brits to take a holiday or be reunited with loved ones this summer.
