Emirates has announced that Premium Economy will soon be available on flights EK 434/435 between Dubai and Brisbane, operating three times weekly from 1st February 2025.
Tickets are now available on emirates.com, the Emirates App, and through online and offline travel agents.
By April 2025, Emirates will operate close to 4,000 Premium Economy seats per week in Australia, with two daily services from Sydney and two daily services from Melbourne.
A third Melbourne service will be launching on 30 March 2025 using a retrofitted Boeing 777 on flights EK404/405. These services will complement the newly introduced Brisbane Premium Economy offering.
Seamless Premium Economy travel from the UK to Brisbane
With Premium Economy now available on connecting flights to Dubai from London Heathrow, passengers travelling via this route can enjoy Emirates’ Premium Economy experience on their full journey to Brisbane.
Emirates currently serves the UK with an extensive schedule of 133 weekly flights, including six daily services from London Heathrow.
Emirates has been serving Brisbane for more than 22 years and currently operates double daily flights between Dubai and Brisbane.
With 77 weekly services connecting Australia’s five largest cities – Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, and Adelaide, to over 140 destinations via Dubai, Emirates continues to provide Australian travellers with seamless global connectivity including popular European routes.
The Premium Economy Experience
Emirates’ four-class A380 offers 14 First Class suites, 76 lie-flat Business Class seats, 56 spacious Premium Economy seats, and 322 Economy Class seats.
The Premium Economy cabin, located at the front of the main deck, features 56 seats configured 2-4-2, offering travellers a quiet and luxurious experience.
Each seat, measuring 19.5 inches wide, is designed for optimal comfort, featuring six-way adjustable headrests, a footrest, a generous recline, and a 13.3-inch personal screen.
Other features include in-seat charging points, a wood-finished cocktail table, and cream-coloured leather upholstery with wood panelling reminiscent of Business Class.
The Premium Economy dining experience includes a welcome drink served in fine glassware; meals crafted with seasonal ingredients and served on Royal Doulton china with stainless-steel cutlery.
An expanded beverage menu features vintage wines, including a sparkling Chandon Vintage Brut 2016 from Emirates’ Business Class list.
Travellers also receive sustainably made blankets, a generously sized pillow, and eco-friendly amenity kits crafted from recycled materials—all exclusively designed for Premium Economy.
