Esprit has launched a new afternoon-kids club, the Mountain Academy.
The launch event will be held on 5th January 2023 in La Rosière, France, with an appearance by Olympic skier, Ollie Davis.
The Mountain Academy is available in all of Esprit’s French ski resorts for children aged 6 to 12 years and complements the ski lessons that they have in the mornings.
Families staying the New Year’s week in La Rosière will also have a chance to meet Ollie Davies.
During a Mountain Academy week, children will learn fun new skills like orienteering on snowshoes, hide and seek with rescue transceivers and lots of snow-related challenges like building igloos.
New Esprit Ambassador Ollie Davies will bring an exciting focus to his visit to La Rosière, sharing his passion for winter sports with Esprit’s younger guests.
Ollie Davies, who learnt to ski with Esprit adds: “If it wasn’t for my family taking me on ski holidays and Esprit being able to provide the infrastructure for us to come and have such an amazing time, I wouldn’t be where I am today or have the passion and enthusiasm I do now. I can’t wait to help some younger skiers to improve their skills and maybe teach them a new trick or two.”
