‘Extras’ and ‘Extensions’ join Exodus’ ‘Private Group Adventures’ in the suite of product developments that allow travellers to add an extended stay to their tour, upgrade their flight and hotel experiences and even book a private group tour with their chosen companions.

EXTENSIONS: EXTEND THE STAY
For travellers keen to experience more of a destination and go beyond the itinerary, adding a stay at the beginning or end of a tour is the perfect way to do so.
Exodus’ Extensions are designed to complement each individual trip, offering further destination discovery that can be undertaken at the traveller’s own pace pre- or post-trip.
From wellness offerings to city breaks and nature escapes, there is an extension for every type of traveller.
For those wishing to balance activity with relaxation, agents can add a relaxing beach stay in Faro onto the active ‘Walking Portugal’s Wild Algarve’ tour. Or, for those after a city break, a few nights in Florence is the perfect addition to the ‘Tuscany Walks and Chianti Wines’ trip.
EXTRAS: ADD COMFORT AND CONVENIENCE
Exodus’ Extras have been created to enhance the travellers’ journey via added comfort and convenience.
Agents can customise the hotel stays throughout the trip by swapping selected nights from a standard room for sea views, adding a balcony or even choosing a private hot tub.
For travellers wanting to upgrade to a more premium flight experience, Extras allows the agent to request a premium class or secure extra legroom, with all details handled by the Exodus team.
There is also the option of adding a stopover en route (with the accommodation and transfers bookable through Exodus), ensuring the flight timings, departure airports and overall journey perfectly suit the traveller.
PRIVATE GROUP ADVENTURES: TOURING WITH CHOSEN COMPANIONS
Exodus is now also offering Private Group Adventures, allowing travellers to tour with their own chosen travel companions.
It’s the perfect option for those who wish to celebrate a milestone with their friends, colleagues or loved ones, but still want the ease that comes with booking a guided group tour.
Offering ultimate flexibility, Private Group Adventures allow travellers to choose from hundreds of Exodus itineraries and outside of the trip dates listed on the Exodus website, ensuring the timing suits their group.
Whilst groups of up to 16 are standard for the best possible experience, private group bookings can accommodate slightly larger groups upon request.
Exodus is arming agents with discounts for their customers, allowing travellers to receive one FREE place for every ten guests booked.
To source a private group quote, agents should determine their client’s budget, preferred dates and group size, as well as any adventures or destinations of interest.
It is also recommended that agent partners find out which Exodus travel style best suits their group – from hiking to cycling, wildlife, history or culture. Agents are able to sell Private Group Adventures at net value and add their own commission.
