Flight Centre will run a public singing competition via Instagram.
To enter, travel enthusiasts must follow @flightcentreuk on Instagram and submit a maximum 15-second video of them singing with the hashtag #FlightCentreTheVoice.
They must also tag @flightcentreuk between 13 – 30 November 2023 at 5:00pm GMT in a bid to win a £1,000 holiday voucher.
The holiday voucher can be used towards any Flight Centre holiday including flights, accommodation and experiences as part of the package, such as local tours and events.
The top three entrants and the winner of the competition will come down to a public vote via Flight Centre’s Instagram story between 9:00am GMT on Monday 4 December 2023 and 05:00PM GMT on Friday 8 December 2023.
Flight Centre will repost qualifying entries to Instagram Stories and users will vote using the poll function in the 24 hours that each Story is live. The winner will be announced no later than Monday 11 December 2023.
The competition comes as an amplification of Flight Centre’s wider sponsorship of ITV’s hit singing competition, The Voice 2023.
The sponsorship sees Flight Centre, supported by partner Mauritius Tourism Promotion Authority (MTPA), providing the competition finale’s grand prize.
The lucky winner or winners will receive £50,000 and a deluxe holiday to Mauritius, staying at the 5-star Anantara Iko Mauritius Resort & Villas on an all-inclusive basis, including flights with Air Mauritius on the airline’s new daily service from London Gatwick.
In addition to the social media and broadcast competitions, Flight Centre is sponsoring The Voice’s concurrent online competition – hosted at itv.com/win from 3 November until 18 January 2024 – to win yet another holiday voucher, this time worth £10,000.
