G Adventures says it “has travellers’ backs when plans change”, with the launch of its new Stay Flexy Adventure Plans.

The new three-tier flexible booking options are designed to make it easier for travellers to commit to the adventure of a lifetime, without the nagging voice in their head asking: “But what if something comes up?”
The company says it is their latest move s to “remove barriers to booking and give travellers the confidence and peace of mind to say yes to travel”.
The new Flexy, Flexier and Flexiest options give travellers greater choice over what happens to their money if their plans change, with enhanced cancellation terms, Future Travel Credits and additional pre-departure perks available on the higher tiers.

Stay Flexy Adventure Plans is the next step in lowering the barrier to adventure, helping travellers feel more confident when booking a trip of a lifetime.

“Trip add-ons, such as pre- or post nights or transfers, added at a later date, are also automatically protected by an existing flexible booking option at no extra cost. It’s designed to be a genuinely useful product for agents, not another thing to explain at the point of sale.”

FLEXY – for the ‘I’m pretty sure I’m going’ traveller
G Adventures’ standard flexible option provides a full refund for trips departing more than 60 days away, giving travellers an added layer of reliability if things shift after booking.
- 60+ days before departure: Full refund with Lifetime Deposit kept on file
- 59–30 days: Up to 50% of tour value refunded, with the remainder subject to cancellation terms and Lifetime Deposit
- 29 days or less: Lifetime Deposit retained, with the remainder subject to cancellation fees
FLEXIER – for the “I’m going, but let’s not tempt fate” traveller
Flexier extends the cancellation window and converts more cancellation penalties into Future Travel Credits, keeping travellers’ money in play for their next adventure.
It also comes with a few extras designed to have travellers’ backs before they even leave home, including a 1GB travel eSIM, lost luggage protection of up to $500 USD, priority service and double the trees grown on their behalf while on trip.
