InteleTravel welcomed 100 travel advisors and brand ambassadors to the London event on Saturday, 25th April, with 50 attending the Manchester equivalent on Sunday, 26th April.
The two events, each lasting a full day, were hosted by InteleTravel UK & Ireland Managing Director, Tricia Handley-Hughes, and V.P. of Sales & Advisor Engagement, Bethany Grant.
The Xcelerator programme was first introduced by InteleTravel in the US in January 2024 with informative sessions aimed towards self-development, improving productivity and recognising the entrepreneurial know-how to better understand the needs of their clients.
The launch events in the UK followed suit with two days of high-energy, high-impact sessions designed to empower travel advisors with the tools to change their mindset, reset and outline goals for achievement, and learn the top tips to becoming a top travel entrepreneur.
The two events also gave InteleTravel the opportunity to recognise the key successes of their advisors as they presented certificates to celebrate key milestones and accomplishments.
Speaking following the UK launch, InteleTravel UK & Ireland Managing Director Tricia Handley-Hughes said: “Training and education will always remain high on the agenda with InteleTravel. Adapting a new mindset through self-development is a powerful change and reflects in our performance and the support we receive from our partners.”
InteleTravel V.P. of Sales & Advisor Engagement, Bethany Grant, said: “Xcelerator has proven to be a successful strategy in the USA, with travel advisors increasing their earnings significantly as a result of signing up.
“We were so pleased to see such a strong turnout from the UK advisors at our inaugural events in London and Manchester, and now it’s time to see how we can empower their growth in the same way.”
Though dates and host cities are not yet confirmed, InteleTravel expects to announce additional Xcelerator events for travel advisors across the UK in the latter stages of 2026.
Every year, InteleTravel develops certified training programmes and events designed to educate its advisors across niche market selling opportunities, providing them with the tools needed to stand out from the crowd.
