Umi Sushi is the fourth à la carte restaurant and the 17th dining venue onboard Marella Voyager. It offers a menu inspired by Japanese cuisine, featuring freshly prepared ramen, customisable sushi boxes and Mochi Ice Cream bowls.

The pre-bookable bento dining experience is priced at £18.95 and includes a ramen dish, two Otsumami-style snack bites, two selections from sushi, sashimi, or poke, and a dessert. Each meal also comes with a trio of bites: edamame, seaweed crackers and Asian pickles.

Customers can choose from a selection of comforting, Japanese-style ramen dishes, with various options including Char Siu Pork Fillet, Golden Panko Chicken or Miso Tofu.

To accompany the meal, they can select from a variety of ‘Otsumami’, Japanese small plates designed for sharing, such as Katsu Chicken Wings, Pork Gyoza, Crab Shumai and Steamed Bao Buns.

Then customers can choose from a wide variety of freshly prepared sashimi, poke, and sushi dishes made at the counter.

Options include the Mr Chang, featuring prawn tempura, avocado, cucumber, spicy mayonnaise and crispy crumb; the Legend with crab, roasted red pepper, Japanese mayonnaise and smoked caviar; East “Meats” West with bacon, beef sirloin and cheese wrapped in potato strings.

Also available are Teriyaki with chicken, avocado and teriyaki sauce; Teriyaki Tofu with carrot, sweet pepper and cucumber; Tuna Poke with cucumber, radish and spicy mayo; and Salmon Sashimi, served as thinly sliced salmon with traditional condiments.

To finish the meal, dessert options include a delicious Chocolate and Miso Torte served with toasted sesame cream, a refreshing Strawberry and Lime Leaf Cheesecake and Mochi Ice Cream available in strawberry, chocolate, or vanilla flavours.
