Jet2 Begins Flights To Iceland

After a year of restrictions, Jet2 has begun flights to Iceland.

The first service left Manchester airport on Thursday (2nd September) and will run twice-weekly flights, plus additional flights from Birmingham starting on 30th September.

Running until 1st November, the flights are timed for viewing the Northern Lights.

The new flights are in addition to 37 three and four-night trips from Belfast, East Midlands, Leeds Bradford, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Newcastle, and Stanstead.

Services will then restart from 10th February to 10th November next year from Manchester and 10th February until 25th April from Birmingham.

Iceland is currently on the UK government’s green list and there is a strong demand for flights and holidays to this bucket list destination.
