Jet2holidays will restart its operations to all its amber list destinations from 19th July.
The restart comes after the government confirmed quarantine-free travel will be allowed for the fully vaccinated from the 19th of July.
The short-haul package holiday specialist previously suspended all flights and holidays except to green list countries.
It now predicts a “wave of demand” from customers and will continue to review its programme in line with government updates.
Chief executive Steve Heapy said: “This is the news that UK holidaymakers have been looking forward to, as it finally signals a meaningful restart to international travel.”
“We will be restarting flights and holidays to all amber List destinations from July 19th, 2021, onwards and we are ready for the wave of demand that this long-awaited and very welcome news will bring.”
