Specialist solo tour operator Just You is marking its 25th anniversary by planting 25,000 trees.
The project, in partnership with Planeterra and Reforest, will see trees planted at the following sites:
- Morocco, Aknoul Nursery
- Guatemala, Mangrove Restoration Project
- Tanzania, Mazingira Project
- Canada, Pacific Coast Kelp Restoration Project
- India, Umswai Valley
The project officially started in February and Just You has launched a dedicated platform to demonstrate progress across the five sites.

“We’ll be working with our tourism partners, Planeterra, to plant the right trees in the right places to help communities build sustainable livelihoods, improve their wellbeing and become more resilient to the growing impacts of climate change.
“Our partnership with Planeterra will mean our tree-growing programme is both inclusive and participatory. Planeterra collaborates directly with organisations representing local communities to ensure their active involvement in the planning, implementation and monitoring of the project.”
