Once a holiday is confirmed, Kuoni will not apply any surcharges – regardless of how global fuel, airline or operational costs may change. The price agreed at booking is the final price customers will pay.
The move comes at a time when many customers are looking for greater certainty amid ongoing global uncertainty, and reflects Kuoni’s long‑standing commitment to clarity, transparency and trust.
The no surcharge promise sits alongside Kuoni’s wider customer reassurance measures, including expert, human support at every stage of the booking journey, clear guidance and options if official travel advice changes, full ATOL and ABTA protection on package holidays, and 24/7 in‑destination assistance.
Kuoni’s ability to secure holidays to its most popular destinations well into the future through its guaranteed out‑of‑date‑range flight programme further strengthens the reassurance message.
Holidays can be booked now with departures through to December 2027, including return dates into January 2028 for festive travel, allowing customers to plan far ahead without any concern that rising costs will be passed on later.
