LATAM Airlines Peru has reportedly secured slots at London’s Heathrow airport for next winter season.
The airline will be the only direct flight from Lima, Peru to the United Kingdom once slots are approved, with flights taking off from Lima International Airport (LIM) to Heathrow.
According to news reports, the airline will operate five-weekly flights on its Boeing 777-300ER fleet, offering approximately 90,000 seats throughout the season.
Unconfirmed reports have stated once/if approved, Heathrow will be LATAM Airlines’ second direct service with the first taking off from São Paulo Guarulhos International (GRU).
