Major Travel has launched a new function to enable travel agents to make cruise bookings on their digital portal, Major Go. The new launch gives agents a new way to create, price and book tailor-made cruise holidays across the entire journey using one single booking interface.

Agents will have access to a range of leading cruise lines, including Royal Caribbean, Celebrity Cruises and Disney Cruise Line, alongside other cruise brands. Beyond the sailing itself, agents can add flights, hotels and transfers to build a complete cruise holiday using the one platform.
While online booking capabilities are standard across the cruise industry, Major Travel sought to provide a platform which enables agents to provide entire holidays end-to-end, removing the need to incorporate and juggle several separate bookings and providers.
Major Go brings all of these elements together into a single booking journey, allowing agents to select their cruise and cabin grade, add pre or post-cruise hotel stays, arrange transfers and manage the entire itinerary in one place.
Qasim Gulamhusein, Managing Director at Major Travel, said: “This is a real game changer for agents selling cruise. The cruise function is launching on Major Go in pilot mode to begin with, and Major Travel is inviting agents to be amongst the first to try it.
Agents who sign up during August will be able to quote and make bookings using the new function and share feedback directly with the Major Go team, helping to shape the tool ahead of full launch.
