Mercury Holidays has launched an upgrade to its ‘Manage My Booking’ platform designed to reduce administrative workload for travel agents while giving their customers direct access to key booking information.

Available to customers who book via travel agents, the new tool allows users to securely access and manage key elements of their booking independently, helping to reduce routine queries and free up agent time to focus on sales and customer service.
Using the ‘Manage My Booking’ platform, customers can:
- Access booking overviews and guest details
- View flight information and check-in guidance
- Download holiday, tour and destination travel guides
- Submit passport details and Advance Passenger Information (API)
The launch forms part of Mercury Holidays’ ongoing investment in digital tools to better support its trade partners and improve the end-to-end booking experience, as demand for escorted tours and worldwide holidays continues to grow.

The ‘Manage My Booking’ platform upgrade sits alongside the existing Agent Portal where travel agents can access all key booking information and invoices.
It also follows the recent launch of Mercury Holidays’ latest brochure collection, featuring Escorted Tours, Worldwide Holidays, and River and Ocean Cruises for 2026–2027.
