Through a late-night update on Wednesday 4th August, the UK government’s traffic light update comes with a very welcoming return of Qatar and the UAE.
Coming into effect from 4 am Sunday, the Middle Eastern travel hubs will be downgraded to Amber.
Those vaccinated outside the EU, UK or US will still have to self-isolate upon return to the UK.
